VALQUER – DecoBlue VPLEX Bleaching Powder Box 20g

Blue bleaching powder with VPLEX technology that protects and hydrates hair during the bleaching process. Repairs and revitalizes hair fiber. Lightens up to 6 shades.

How to use:
Mixture of 1:1.5 or 1:2 (examples):
For every 40g of bleach powder, use 60ml of 20v, 30v, or 40v oxidizing cream. Mix in a non-metallic container until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Apply to dry, unwashed hair. The processing time varies from 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the natural hair color and the desired effect. Rinse thoroughly with water.
