Return and Refund Policy

According to Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, which transposes Directive No. 2011/83/EU of the European Union, the consumer has the right to freely and without justification resolve the purchase contract made in our store.

1. Order Cancellation

• The customer can cancel their order at any time until shipment, with the right to a refund of the amounts paid, deducting any processing costs (maximum amount: €1.50).
• Orders not paid within 3 days will be automatically canceled.

2. Right of Free Resolution

• After receiving the order, the customer has 14 days to exercise the right of free resolution, provided that the product:
  • Be in perfect condition, in the original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and promotional offers, if applicable.
  • Please have the proof of purchase or invoice with you.

3. Return Exclusions

• Returns of products that have been used, altered, or modified are not accepted.
• Personal hygiene products, beauty items, cosmetics, and hair accessories are not eligible for return, except in cases of defect or incorrect shipment.

4. Defective Products or Shipping Errors

• In case of defect or shipping error, the return will be accepted, and the refund will include shipping costs.

5. General Conditions

• If the order has already been shipped and is canceled, the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, even if the customer benefited from free shipping.
• MVP Distributions is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, lack of care, physical impact, or normal wear and tear of the products resulting from regular use.

6. Prices and Stock

• The online catalog is independent of the physical store, with prices and stock exclusive to online sales. All promotions have limited stock.
• In case of stock rupture or product unavailability, the customer will be informed and refunded.
• If a product has an incorrect price, the correct amount will be communicated, with the possibility of confirming or canceling the order.

7. System Errors

Under the terms of Law No. 7/2004, of January 7, the MVP Distribuições reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of programming errors, technical defects or distorted contractual information.
