Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process, depending on the delivery location. The total shipping amount will be shown to the customer before completing the purchase.
Shipping Costs:
Continental Portugal:
- Free shipping for purchases equal to or greater than €50.
- For purchases under €50, a fee of €4.50 will be charged.
Madeira and Azores:
- Free shipping for purchases over 135.30€.
- For purchases under 135.5€, a fee of 12.77€ will be charged.
Continental Spain:
- Free shipping for purchases over 65€.
- For purchases under 65€, a fee of 6.50€ will be charged.
Other Destinations:
- Germany, France, MonacoFree shipping for purchases over €205.50, a fee of €19.55 for purchases under that amount.

Shipping Methods:
We work with reliable carriers to ensure the safety and speed of deliveries. During the purchasing process, you can choose from the available shipping options, including GLS (for mainland Portugal and other countries) and CTT Expresso (for the Islands).
Delivery Times:
- Continental Portugal: delivery within two business days following dispatch, for orders paid by 3:00 PM.
- Madeira and Azores: up to 15 business days after the product is shipped.
- Spain: up to 2 to 3 business days after the product is shipped.
- Rest of Europe: between 3 to 9 business days after the product is shipped.
- Rest of the World: upon request.
All deadlines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances with carriers or external factors. Orders are dispatched on the same day, provided the order is paid for by 3 PM, unless there is a stock shortage, which we will inform you of immediately.
Order Tracking:
After the order is shipped, you will be informed with a tracking number, which will allow you to follow the progress of the delivery.
Delivery Issues:
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time or if there is any other issue with the delivery, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Note:
MVP Distribuições is not responsible for any delays that are the responsibility of CTT or GLS, especially for delays caused by logistical issues with carriers or external causes (such as strikes or weather conditions). However, if it exceeds the days mentioned above, please contact us so we can conduct an inquiry with the distributor you chose, in order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
