PALU – Water Effect Watercolor red WE9 6ml

PALU Water Effect is a new varnish that will create a marble, smoked, or watercolour effect on nails. It offers unlimited possibilities for creating backgrounds for sophisticated designs and decorations. The blurring effect occurs very quickly, creating original and effective decorations in a short time.

HOW TO USE:
Apply a small amount to the nail after applying the varnish, creating dots of various sizes. Apply the resulting patterns with a damp brush. To intensify the colour, wait a few moments and repeat the application.
Cure under a UV/LED lamp and finally, apply a layer of top coat.
