It is formulated with deionized water and highly stabilized hydrogen peroxide. It is a fragrant oxidizing emulsion that enhances color when mixed with coloring cream while protecting and moisturizing the hair.

How to use: Mix the oxidant in a bowl with the coloring cream until a homogeneous mixture is formed and apply.
