Vplex Permanent Neutralizer

It is a liquid that neutralizes the effect of permanent liquid on the hair and restores the structure of the hair fiber after its modeling action.

How to use:

After rinsing, dry the rolls with a towel.

Apply the neutralizer (reserve a little for the end) to each styler, leaving 5 minutes of exposure.

Continue unwinding and when the hair is loose, apply the rest of the neutralizer.

Rinse with plenty of water.
