Continental Portugal: delivery up to two working days after dispatch, with orders paid by 16h.
Madeira and Azores: up to 4 working days after shipping the product.

The shipment of orders is made on the same day, as long as the order is paid by 16h, and unless there is a shortage of stock, which we will inform the customer immediately.

10. CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Return or Free Contract Resolution
According to Decree-Law 24/2014 of 14 February - transposition into Portuguese legal order of Directive no. 2011/83 / EU of the European Union - any consumer has the right to terminate the contract freely and without any justification.

The Customer may cancel his order at any time until the shipment of the same, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid, deducted from process costs if any (maximum value 1.50€). Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, the Customer will be able to exercise his right of free resolution under the terms legally provided for and indicated below.
Failure to pay the order within 3 days after the date it was placed implies automatic cancellation.

Under the terms of Law 7/2004 of 7 January, on electronic commerce, Oh Yeah! Cosmetics Unipessoal Lda reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, malfunction of Oh Yeah! Cosmetics Unipessoal Lda or if the contractual proposal arrives deformed at its destination and the error concerns an essential element of the contract.
To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional offers included in your case and accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice within a maximum period of 14 days.
Returning products will not be accepted after use, or if it has been altered or modified.
Oh Yeah! Cosmetics Unipessoal Lda is not responsible for deficiencies resulting from incorrect use, negligence, blows or causes of force majeure, nor for components subject to wear and tear due to normal use of the product.
Personal hygiene products, beauty articles, cosmetics and hair accessories will not be refunded unless they are defective or have been sent incorrectly.
If the order has already been shipped, in case of cancellation the value of the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount paid and to be returned. Shipping costs will always be deducted even if you have benefited from "free shipping".
11. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
